Whether this is your first time launching or already using it, please schedule a 45-minute District Planning Meeting with our team. You can review our Implementation Guide at your convenience.

Intended Audience: Alongside District Lead, IT Lead, and other district leadership

In this meeting, we’ll:

• Product Training
• Align on goals for the year
• Configure district-wide settings
  • staff email domain
  • student email domain
  • student device type (Chromebook, Windows PC, or iOS)
  • students have 1:1 or shared devices
  • SSO (Clever, ClassLink, etc)
• Ensure your IT Team understands how to put the app on student devices - be sure to specify the campuses and grade levels for the implementation to make rostering easy.

After the district meeting, each school principal (or a designated team member) will schedule a 45-minute School Planning Meeting to build a rollout plan and when to introduce Alongside to students or staff via quick 15 minute lesson.
