Your school has access to Alongside!
Whether you’re new to Alongside or already using it, please schedule a 45-minute School Planning Meeting with our team. During this session, we’ll help you create a rollout plan to introduce Alongside to students or staff through a simple 15 minute in-class activity.
In the meeting, we’ll cover:
- In-Class Rollouts: Decide which staff members will lead the 15-minute activity and confirm a launch date/week (you can preview that here)
- Safety Notifications: Choose which staff will receive email alerts if a student shares something concerning (this happens with about 2% of users and usually goes to admins and counselors).
- Parent Communications: Review a template message you’ll send to parents and guardians.
- Alongside for Educator Support: If your campus has access to Educator Support “Self-care mode”, establish plan for introducing Alongside to staff.
After the meeting, you’ll walk away with a clear idea of which staff will be introducing Alongside to students and a target launch date. You’ll also be able to track student engagement through your Alongside dashboard and receive weekly usage summaries by email.
